Scheduling Information
All appointments are scheduled directly over the phone through our trained office staff to ensure each client is guided through the appropriate process for their individual case.

Depending on your surgical history and needs, an email consultation may be required prior to making an appointment. If necessary, our staff will direct you back to the website with instructions on how to complete the consultation process.

Email consultations are required for clients who have had unilateral mastectomies, have previous tattooing, have residual areola tissue or any other non-mastectomy related requests. This allows us to carefully review your case and determine the best approach prior to scheduling.
To begin the consultation process, please include the following information in your email.
Full Name
Phone Number
Plastic Surgeon’s Name
Date of your most recent surgery or revision, including procedure performed
A brief explanation of your desired outcome
Three clear photos (if applicable):
Right side
Left side
Both sides together
For the most accurate representation of skin tone and color, please take photos in good lighting, preferably natural light.
